The pictures dont really show just how much damage there is but the dents and the scrape are very very noticeable.

I would have those repaired professionally. Shouldn't cost too much.

Yeah that needs to be buffed out with a machine. They'll slowly remove layer of clear coat till it's gone but that may require repainting. It looks like a shopping cart bounced along the side of the car. The scuff is from the plastic bumpers on the cart.

The dents I would take to a paintless dent repair shop. There are mobile services that do it as well but make sure you check their credentials thoroughly first so you don't get ripped-off or have your car messed up. For the scuff, that will come off with swirl & scratch remover polish and a little elbow grease.

If you don't know how to go about a paintless dent removal have a professional do it. You can try going the suction cups method but like I said if you don't feel comfortable don't mess with it. It's fairly easy to buff out scuffs, you'll get very fine grit sandpaper around 1000 grit if not severely sratched to the point your finger nails catch. You'll sand to smooth out the area very lightly (you don't want to sand through the clear), buy buffing compound, apply compound, use a buffer of your choice, it'll bring the shine right out on the sanded dull clear coat.
