I adjusted the gap how it's supposed to be before I installed.

Does it start any better if the gas cap is open? Sometimes the gas tank breather systems get stuck shut and won't allow for proper fuel pressure or weird stuff. Do you have a bluetooth reader with torque app so you can check low pressure fuel psi and higher pressure fuel psi?

sounds like a fuel issue... if it starts but stalls. Also what was the gap?

I adjust my gaps to .040. I've done this since I've gotten the car. No issues ever before. Only thing I can think of is my fuel rail.

I don't have a Bluetooth reader unfortunately. And I haven't tried with the gas cap open. Ill try that out when I get home.

I keep mine at .040. I have .028 sparks at home and I tried it with those already still same issue.

    Car not starting

The range from the '13 service manual is .028-.031"; whoever advised you can go up to .043" is flat-out wrong.

Keep the gap .028" since the tip gets shorter over time (gap increases naturally).

It could be something as simple as a bad ground, as the CMPS errors might indicate. First thing to do is check/tighten the bolts at major grounding points.

If that doesn't help, do a compression or leakdown test, along with testing the resistance of the ignition coils and plugs. If you can't do this yourself, consult a professional.

Clean your grounding points once the problem is resolved.
