This is a discussion on Pissed off! within the exLEDSHOP.com forums, part of the Vendors category; So I was informed my wifey bought me a set of custom headlights through Socalgarageworks made by exLED shop....the order was placed in March, now ...

    Pissed off!

    So I was informed my wifey bought me a set of custom headlights through Socalgarageworks made by exLED shop....the order was placed in March, now we are entering June with no notification or status on the headlights!!

    This is absolutely inexcusable and I am willing to file a suit with the BBB.....

    either refund us the money or ship the headlights!!

    Did you try to contact them? I ordered a custom shift knob the first week in Feb and still not have received it but i knew going into it the person who makes them takes a while and his work is well worth the wait.

    That reminds me, need to send an email about my cf steering wheel trim. My wheel finally came in a few weeks ago but was told there was an issue with the order on the CF piece. Wheel took 9 weeks but I'm sorta giving up on the trim part, ordered mid January.

    Just a side note, I really hate when sellers show items on the delivery ticket as delivered instead of putting them as back ordered. So far I haven't had any issues with other sellers but seems like a good way to get things mixed up.

    yeah ive been msging Greg every week about it......at this point either tell me what the status is or just give me my money back.........its not hard

    yeah.....he told me there are 3 other customers ahead of me waiting to.

    My issue is on the website, it states 4-6 Weeks delivery time...... I ordered March 15th, we are now in June.

    if there were other customers ordering that should be stated clear on the website..... I dont even have an order # or any updates on whats going on......

    so are you telling me since I initially ordered them in March, they haven't even been started???

    of course he complains to my fiancee on FB that Im bashing his company...........I dont need to when plenty others already have.....

    I just wanna know where my $1300 went!??!??
