How often do you need to tighten....

    Your downpipe?
As of now, my tork dp (catted) is coming loose every couple of months or so and the exhaust smell reeks of disappointment.
On top of that, is there a certain gasket(dead soft or thicker) I should be using as opposed to what came stock?

Idk, I suppose I'm asking because ive been having clearance issues with my exhaust system and my 6 point brace rubbing right at the cross section of the brace and the flex section of the cnt catback and cant help but feel as though something isnt right. I had spoke with Jim pierce about the issue and he had informed me he has never had a problem with clearance of his exhaust system and bracing.
    Anyone else had this issue?

One more thing. This didnt always happen as when i first got the tune it was a blast, but now I'm experiencing a rpm cut out of sort when going WOT. Have we as a community been able to pinpoint the exact cause of this or is it a replace (solenoids and or fuel pump)as you go chasing the dragon type of situation?

The CNT muffler is very large and hangs down quite a bit. Have you upgraded the exhaust hangers to the urethane ones like Torque Solutions? Those will minimize vibration and bring the pipes in tighter.

I'm also Tork tuned and don't experience any cut-off, but from my understanding this is indicative of a fuel line issue, like a kink (which is fairly common).

As for the DP coming lose, I'd look at lock washers.

Should never have to re-tighten DP nuts as long as they are torqued to the high side of the spec range. Double nut or lock washers as mentioned can be implemented.

Implement poly hanger bushings as mentioned.

If you have Torque Pro, log fuel rail pressure, RPM and throttle position (manifold) at a minimum and reproduce the behavior. That will tell you if fuel pressure drops due to a binding fuel line or if throttle is being cut by some other behavior.

I've had my Pierce Highflow Cat installed since day one and forgot about it.

Edit. Slight lie, the fumes from the exhaust can't be missed.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
Torque solution hangers are in and i installed a ubolt style hanger right above the neck of the flex joint that has fixed the issue.
I'll start logging tomorrow. Thanks again

What plugs are you running? I had a cut out issue at WOT when I hit 5200 rpm. Dealer couldn't figure it out other than to preclude fuel. Turns out t was the plugs. I'm running HKS M45's and haven't had a cut out since.
