0-60 and 1/4 miles times

2.2 second 60' is dead on. I was launching around 2800 rpm worked on my track with very limited wheel spin on the quick run and no wheel spin at all on the second. I was shifting a bit over the peak powerband on the second run and that hurt me a bit

Funny thing is his RT was .007 in his auto 3.2 CL (mine was .714......) and I had him beat by the 60' mark hahahaha

Not bad. Did you let the car cool after you got there or just go run? My best run when i went wasnt till i let the car cool for like 45 minutes then decided to do one more run

Yeah. I popped the hood for about 20 minutes our so while we watched the big boys. I also took everything out (cargo mat, floor mats, rear head rests and cargo thing) and had half a tank of 93

Yeah I wanted to run at 1/4 tank but I figured with the rain it would scare people away and I could run endlessly so I didn't want to have to get more gas.

First run I wasn't ready and clutch dropped, spun, then hopped. Second launch was perfect in my mind. Just at they point of wheel slippage but kept her under control. I think my 2-3 and 3-4 shift points on the slower run were a bit high so I had some drop off

I cant even get close to that time at my track. Do you have any mods?(Nevermind I see you have CAI) I cant launch at my track because of the track prep they use
That or maybe I just suck at driving a manual. Did you shift at redline or before?

So so far the fastest stock is an auto with a 15.1 right?

I did a 15.0 bone stock last year

15.0 thats it. Hell i could do 14.9 in my zetec focus. C'mon guys! Plz tell me ur ar 2-3000ft ASL or somethin. R

My local drag strip is 3000 ft asl actually. If i were more ambitious id take a ride to Englishtown and would have beat that easily. But i dont know what ill run now with all the bolt ons.

yeah guys my very first car and driving stick wasnt a great run i still till this day dont know how to propperly launch this car nor know if this track is anny good. Bone stock i ran 15.9 spinning like crazy and then with exhaust sri tork pipe i ran 15.4 still spinning only one run and i forgot to turn raction controll off..... Im going to try to learn how to drive better and esp launch i feel is my biggest prob also could have heatsoak due to the long waiting with car on and hood closed but gotta learn somehow. I will deff download that app to see what it says i run

then again i always have a full tank when i go to the strip cause of the distance never really thought about that :/ i got a free pass to go so maybe ill head to the strip soon this weekend???!!!??? haha

I can see you getting into the high 13's easily. If you run 17's with drag radials you'll probably hit 14 flat. Did you have any wheel hop vicng?

I'm sure with dp, exhaust, water/meth and maybe some stickier tires he can break into 13s

With Full exhaust including DP & tyres for sure he'll break into the 13's. Meth is a whole lot more money & another level. I think I'd do the full exhaust & stage 2 before spending the money on that.
