Found a set of 03 Enkei Evo 17 inch rims powdercoated black for sale wrapped in 235/45R/17 Yokohoma Advan S.4 with 70% tread left. I googled the rims and bolt pattern, and it shows 5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3mm High Positive Offset. I also googled our Veloster Turbo rims bolt pattern, and it is the same.

Im not sure what High Positive Offset means. Any ideas?

Wondering if they will fit on the VT.

The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. So if you want wider wheels you would want a lower offset to have more clearance between the inner part of the rim and suspension. But if you have a smaller wheel you can have a higher offset because you wont need as much clearance between the inner part rim and suspension

Here is a pic that might help.

honestly the best way to see how it looks and if it fits, is if you put the wheels on and drive around. You can do all the measurements you want, but if it doesn't work in reality there isn't any point and you'd be wasting a lot of money.

Just ask if you can test fit them. Put them on and drive around the block both clockwise and counter. Make sure you turn the steering wheel all the way each side and make sure it doesn't rub. and if all is good then you have yourself a nice set of wheels.
