There is a veloster on ***** that has 19 inch rims. Let me try to find it and I will report back what I find 
BTW 18x8.5 +35 works good with that tire size, 19 inch will work too depending on how much those springs lower it.

19X8.5 +32 with 225/35R19 but he is on coilovers.
You are at a BIG disadvantage being on springs because you have to work around your height. I know it is cheaper going with spring but if you are going with custom rims and want a certain look, it is best going with coilovers to fit everything right with no worries.
