I'm in love with the Linea Corse LC818 Wheels 19x8.5/10 Linea Corse LC818 - Satin Black (5x114 +30+38/73) Wheeldude.com - Professional wheel dealer. but they only come in 19x8.5 fitment for the Veloster (without going too wide). Here are the specs:

Linea Corse LC818 Satin Black
19x8.5 or 10 (staggered, which i wouldn't be doing)
5x114.3
+30 or +38 (maybe for the 10" rim) offset

I've asked wheeldude.com if they have the 19x8.5 wheels in the +38 offset. I have yet to hear back from them.

So my question is: is anyone else running this kind of setup or similar? i would rather go with 18's for a higher profile tire (235/40 or 225/40 rather than a 235/35/19) but they don't make these in an 18" wheel. There's one other member who has this setup but he doesnt seem to check the forums or his inbox much. i'd like to see if they rub on stock suspension, if they sit flush with the fenders, and if the car seems raised due to the larger diameter of the tire.

thanks!

well if you stick to stock you'll be fine not sure how much shock travel there is on the stock struts as i got coils when it was like 500 miles aha but if you get a 19x8.5 +38 i believe you will clear :] dont go anything higher than 225 though

This is lowered and on 19x8.5 front +35 and 19x9.5 rear +35. As long as you don't drop your vt you should be good to go. Like sonofjohn said, 19X8.5 +38 is what you should get and no wider than 225
Check out those fog lights!! Anyone else spot those?

You mean the ones in the grille or that he's got projectors in the fog housings?
I just want those add-ons to the front lip.

IIRC, the bigger the wheel size the slower the the speedo will actually read. (If the speedo says 65 mph you are actually traveling around 68 mph. This will variance will increase the faster you go however) Just google 'Speedometer Calculator' and use one of those to figure out what the speed difference is.

Wheel diameter alone does now make the speedo inaccurate. Proper tire up sizing is they key.
