hey AZ....
We were talking at the 1st meet about having a mountain cruise get together that included a drive thru some twisty canyon roads, lunch and then back to the valley. I've been thinking about the route and think I've decided for our 1st Tour De Turbo, that we can meet at Carefree Hwy and I-17, then head up I-17 to Cordes Junct, take the 69 towards Prescott Valley and then 89A up Mingus mtn thru the twisties to Jerome, from there down thru Clarkdale to Sedona for lunch, and then cruise I-17 back home from Sedona.
There are multiple other options, but this one, for our first drive should be plenty of fun. We can plan others if it's something the local AZ VT owners want to do, and we can discuss those routes over lunch. (Prescotts White Spur rd to Yarnell hill, Oak creek canyon to Flag, Tortilla flats, Salt River canyon to Payson, Mt Lemon, etc, etc)
Now comes the hard part...
What day of the week works best for everyone...?
I'm sure SOME of us will need to take a Vac day from work....so let's try to figure out the best day in MAY. We can do Saturday, or Sunday...or even a week day if it works if needed (traffic would be less
)
So...with that said, and the idea out there, post up what day works best and we can plan from there.

Please keep in mind, that safety is a priority and that we want everyone to return home to their families, and no one down the edge of a 500 ft cliff....we will expect you to be somewhat responsible
