Honestly, I've been going back in fourth between Magnaflow & Borla, from the videos I've seen, I like the way the Magnaflow sounds, just a lil bit better, not that I have any problems at all with the way the Borla sounds, & the cheapest I found the Borla was on Amazon $695 free shipping, & Magnaflow around $700 depending where you look.

how is solo the most expensive? I was in on the group buy and I havent looked at the price since, but I thougth they are selling their exhaust for less then $700 INCLUDING shipping. isnt it cheaper then Magnaflow?

All exhausts will make a difference without a tune.. It has been proven.
I think the Borla sounds like garbage, so count that one out..
The Solo sounds AMAZING and has a funky design for the best sound but 3" SS piping.
The Magnaflow sounds really good and has a very free flowing design in 2.5" SS piping.
The Borla is 2.5" and sounds like poo in my opinion and haven't given it a second look.
All of the exhausts are going to perform very close to eachother and respond to upgrades in a similar fashion. If people still wanna beat the 3" is better thing to death, then go ahead. size matters as much as the least restrictive path to exit.
My personal favorite exhaust: Solo.

Well to their defense, the veloster n/a did come out before us and they did develop the products they needed to push out for that market. Now its our turn and they're working on it. The products are basically there it was shown at SEMA... correct me if I'm wrong that should have been a turbo model. Regardless, your looking at a whopping 1200 MSRP exhaust and based on whoever your getting it from will vary what you'll pay for. You can't go wrong with an ARK exhaust they have such a unique sound it will drop panties, possibly even yours.

yeah, 1200$ for the ARK/JUN exhausts.. no thank you! add on a gagillion bucks for the quad tip/diffuser.. I'm good
ARK was the FIRST place to take in a VT for an exhaust and going to be by far the last to the table.
Who even knows what the turbo exhaust will sound like yet.

We will see what they end up coming out with.. I'm betting overpriced, like the rest of their stuff Imagine what that diffuser will cost from them, probably 700$.

It better not be or I'll start to flame. We'll just have to see worst case scenario I'll go with the INJEN exhaust whenever they come out with one. I had that on my Genesis Coupe before I decided to go with the ARK v2 GRiP because I wanted more growl.

Personally I like the sound of the SOLO more, but ultimately I chose the Magnaflow, as it's a bit more subtle for my daily.
