So this isn't so much a build thread as it is a built thread as its mostly built already. But my sig can't hold all the mods so it was time for a dedicated Bigbird thread.

Hi BigBird, do i remember you having experience with both the magnaflow catback and cnt catback as well? If so, i was hoping you could give me some input as to which of the two had the deepest tone? Sorry for the post and not a pm, but as a new member i dont have those permissions yet. Thanks for your time

Thats more or less what i was eluding to. I want a deep tone but dont exactly want to spend 600 on the magnaflow catback when i could shell out 300 or 400 for the system of a different manufacturer (yet still comparable) then install the magnaflow muffler from 15215 and have close to 150 to spare toward another part on the car. Off the top, do you remember the part number for the magna muffler? Thanks for your input

I used # 12616. Depending on if you have a stock cat or not, the MBRP doesn't sound bad, but without a cat... it's loud. The magnaflow helped but not alot. I could have likely fit the 24" muffler.

Love the build awesome job..I just have a question for the hood vents..what did you end up doing for the heat insulation guard? How did you water proof it? Flex seal? I dont want it to melt and get all over my new engine paint.

If you follow the link at the bottom of the first post I did a write up on it. I used plastidip to seal it and it worked perfectly.

Update

So I installed my new Junyan headlights I got from SpecD Tuning on Ebay. Install was pretty easy. Easy enough to not do a full writeup on it.

Before:

After:

Land vehicle Vehicle Car Auto part Bumper

Land vehicle Vehicle Car Headlamp Automotive lighting

Video of the Sequential turn signals:

I also installed 5000k H1 HID bulbs which also was a breeze. Though I still had to drill a hole out of the center of the cover, even though the Junyan light covers have ports for wires mounted on them.

Finally, I swapped over my new vanity plates.

Welp, went to do my oil change which went well but when I got to the catch can I opened it up and nothing but watery yellow cap but very little oil. Not what it's supposed to be. THEN when I tried put the drain screw back in it was as if the threads were just gone. I have no idea what went wrong but I ripped that shit out and I'm ordering a new CC today. Likely SXTH. I want to cut the Pro Sport open and see what happened. More like Pos Sport!

^^^^^This right here is why I hate this can. Mine did the same exact thing to me. Like I've said before the inside is made of plastic and the petroleum from the liquid eats right through it. I sold my second PS can as soon as the first one failed. I don't know why Pierce sells such a piece of junk all his other items are top notch. Anyway, rant over. Sorry you had to deal with this too BB.

Oof you could've said Pro Sh*t but that's okay you'll knock the next one out of the park slugger.

Hey, have you ever had your car dyno'd since the addition of your performance mods?
