Wow is the keyfob for this car HUGE and heavy enough? I had a 08 Infinity G37 and the fob did exactly the same thing and, well look at the picture, it's about half the weight and way nicer in the pocket. Small complaint, I know....

Ah! I was actually looking around ????? PYL - Premium Younique Lifestyle and if you manage to find the Karim Rashid video, you'll see his concepts for "wearable" key fobs. I almost never use the actual buttons on my fob, so I like the idea of just having the proximity sensor aspect put into something smaller.

Because I'm bored....lol. Hyundai did a nice job updating the key fob on the 2013 Santa Fe Sport. It's slightly thinner and has more of a tapered edge than the VT key. My old Audi fob was big and bulky too. Way heaver than the VT.

The video has this double wide watch which looks pretty interesting (not sure I'd wear one) - looks sort of like something Nixon would make.

No, with a house and mailbox key attached it's uncomfortable in my jeans pocket. Twice I've thrown it in the cup holder and forget it there when I left the car (not for long). But, yes, total #firstworldproblems (LMAO)

Not sure if it was water resistant but it's crash resistant, the only thing besides me and my standard schnauzer that are left after the car was rolled...

the second key fob is for my parents Elantra (using it on a regular basis). I didn't bother putting the key for the rental on here.

I just carry the fob on it's own .. no house keys.
Since I've had this car I changed out my inner garage door to a keypad entry just so I don't have to worry about keys.

Most garage doors have a backup battery in case of power outages. I live in NY though, don't have a garage or a driveway... I gotta inspect my car every day to make sure no one hit it overnight :-(
