I have a 2013 VT Recently received a P0014 code followed by turbo whining and plummeting burning oil/white smoke out of the exhaust. I had the turbo replaced 5 years ago with warranty but now I am less than 700 miles over warranty. What are the odds they would cover it again this time?

If its a CPO and only ~700 miles over warranty coverage they will most likely give you a goodwill discount. Won't cover the full cost but a good chunk. It will take an extra step by the service manager to call Hyundai corporate so you may need to go to 2 dealers if the first one is busy/lazy.
