I have a 2016 VT and had the Bluelink set up after purchasing. Now since the Bluelink isn't working, because of the 2G-3G being out dated, has does anyone have any advise on how to remedy some of the issues in order to get some of the services back?

most likely no way. if you have an active subscription it would be best to get on the horn and get a prorated refund.
