I took delivery of my VT just hours after it was unloaded off the truck and now I'm thinking they didn't do something during PDI to allow me to register for Bluelink. I signed up on the website and added my vehicle but in the car it says that it's not set up and I need to use the Bluelink feature using Homelink or probably on the nav unit. But that only gives me a nav demo, something about PDI, and two other things that are not what I'm looking for or needing. Any suggestions?

Similar situation here. I was driving off the lot with mine within 2 hours of it being pulled off the truck. I tried the "add a car" feature unsuccessfully for 2 days after I got it home. My sales manager had said that she would be "adding my info to activate Blue Link trial license" On the morning of the 3rd day I tried again and it locked up during the add a car process and then refreshed and came back with a totally different users name and address. I logged out and back in and everything worked fine. Later that night I got a call from my sales manager asking if I had already activated Blue Link. Turns out she had not done her part until the 3rd day and when she tried to add it she got an error that the account was already active. Everything has worked fine since then. Remote start, Geo Fence, Speed notification...etc.

That's exactly what happened to me Dawgfan - I registered online with MyHyundai, added the car (that worked), but then I got errors and every time I refreshed it had a different users name, address and phone number. Good thing there wasn't any credit card info or I'd be pissed as an owner. I called Hyundai customer care on Friday and they made a claim number and said they'd get back to me on Monday. Today I logged in and "MyHyundai" is stable and I'm shown on there with my VT, but that's all I know how to do. It appears that on my iPhone app that it calls for a user ID but I don't have one? Is it my e-mail address?

I now saw I had the ability to sign up (credit card optional, which I did to get the extra trial and then I set an alarm to cancel before it bills me) and now I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes it said and sure enough there's an error because I tried accessing it sooner. So we'll see.
