im new and its my first time posting go easy on me lol. just wanted to ask cause i dont see a clear answer on google. Are Gen 1 bov not legal in CA, i just got a 2015 VT, i dont wanna get one now but im just curious cause in the future i probably will want one, does anyone know which one to get and if they are legal in CA

They are not - even VTA-ing your OEM BPV will fail you on visual inspection here (unless you know a guy like apparently some people do). Just make sure to keep your OEM setup so you can revert to stock every 2 years, as long as you don't get too crazy it doesn't take long to switch back to OEM for the emissions inspection.
