I have a 2015 rspec with full bolt ons and I recently added a 845 tune. I had just embarrassed a mustang gt and 2 challengers and I was going to accelerate to go get the challengers again and then the BOV opened and it went into limp mode. After I got to work I shut the car off and turned it back on and limp mode was gone but it is still dumping all of the boost and killing the acceleration under wot. I have checked all of my connections from the solenoid, the air intake system and occ's and I can't find anything wrong with it. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Remove the valve and inspect it then fix or replace. Also check other sources for boost leak.

Ok. I removed the BOV and found that a few of the bolts holding the front on were loose. I removed the cover and cleaned the valve then put it back together and reinstalled everything. It's still dumping the boost. I sprayed every joint and every everything with soapy water and I couldn't find any leaks. I even reinstalled the factory solenoid and it still does it. I really don't want to have to buy another bov for diagnostics. if it works then great but if not i've just wasted a lot of money. What would be a good bov that would be compatible with my HKS flange?

Check for leaks everywhere that will see boost. The tune likely spikes boost hard and high which will make things leak quickly during that time making it go into limp mode.
