hey guys we are just about to have our 7500km service, have been told that service costs are locked in for 3 years because we purchased after september. Has anyone purchasde prior to september here and not been offered the fixed prices? also we were told when we purchased that the satnav system is free to upgrade for the first 3 years but going to the NAVTEQ site or the Hyundai site I cant find where we can. Any help would be great.

Hi Mackie, Also purchased after September so got capped price. With regard to map updates i was told they will be done during the regular scheduled service you can't download them anywhere. It's one way to keep you coming back to dealer for servicing I guess. Somewhere in the fine print I think it states free map updates conditional on servicing by authorised dealer. When you take it in make sure you mention it so they don't "forget" to so it. Would also be interested to know if there is an update to fix the clock issues
