....can't believe that they kept the cheap/ugly fake factory vents.....The only one I've seen is from SeibonOEM-style carbon fiber hood for 2012 Hyundai Veloster
My guess is getting the simpler part, the hood, into the market place and may follow up with a set pf replacement "vents" for an additional cost.....can't believe that they kept the cheap/ugly fake factory vents.....
Man you guys would sell a ton of inserts between the NAV & Turbo guys...I have no idea why a manufacturer hasn't come out with something like that yet...We could probably fab some stainless or billet inserts for the hoods, possibly.
The manufacturer recommends hood pins with the CF hood, so I'd think even painting it would leave you looking a little ricey, from that fact alone. Hood pins on the track are cool, but on a daily driver they're a little trashy, in my opinion.Carbon, done tastefully, is awesome in my opinion, great way to shed weight and look good. when it goes overboard is when I think it becomes ricey, but a hood, and rear hatch that have color matched paint, or are painted entirely, are nice I think.
