changing picture in nav screen

The picture could be in the OS itself and can probably only be changed at boot level, I haven't really looked into it but looks like the same veloster pic is included in the screen savers, and that might be what you are changing.

I know there are a few tools to get into it but IDK if they will go to root lvls
