Hey new here, just installed a random BOV on my veloster 2019 and my check engine light came on .. the guy changed my air filter too but i want more sound ... and for the check engine light is it normal ??

No idea didnt plug it yet... im litteraly brand new in the field .. the guy who installed it said that the light might come on but i want to know why... is it damaging my engine cause my VT doesnt even have 50k km on it yet
the more info you can give us the better. random bov isnt really any info lol
