My mom noticed water dripping out on the passenger side, opened up the glove box and all my papers in there got wet

check your air filter behind the glove box? maybe condensation from AC. Drain could be plugged and water is backing up and spilling into the glove box

Is it something that was missed during repair from the accident. Looks like it was a hard hit and could have knocked something loose or pinched a hose.

+1 for the pinched hose. Make sure that the AC drain hose isn't clogged or crimped. Or perhaps some mud wasps made a home up in there while your car was up on blocks.

Noticed it 10 hours into the 17 hour drive, AC was on 1 the whole time. Wasn't raining at the time, didn't rain till a few hours after we noticed it

There is an ac drain in that area. At least that's where I always see it dripping.

Phrozen you might want to consider naming your car something catchy.... like FUBAR
