Check to see if O2 sensors are working properly and np leaks pre sensor. Trims are off a little from what I normally see, but that could just be fuel used as well.

Load is higher than usual at idle as well. This could mean you have a vac leak somewhere, running a.c. or other accessories, or mech issues with the car.

Normal coolant temps at idle but not when driving could suggest air in the system or a mech issue.

You can diy this stuff but not sure how capable you are so may require a good shop.
