Current best 0-60 and 1/4 mile times?

Hey everyone, new to the forums and I've read some of the older 0-60 topics but I want to see if anyone was able to achieve better times? If so, what year, M/t or A/t, and modifications?

According to the program I'm using I'm consistently at 5.2 for 0-60 and I have hit 5.1 once. I have a 2015 VT with m/t. My modifications include SFR tune, catless down pipe, 3.5 intake, hot pipe resonator delete or "tork pipe", one step colder spark plugs, stiffer lower mount bushing, modified exhaust, turbosocks hks replica BOV, and modified grill area to allow more flow to the intercooler.

I'm not sure if the 2015 made some changes internally to make a difference, but I do recall Jay telling me he noticed the stock tune on the 15 was more aggressive than previous years. Before the tune I was recording about 6.3 0-60 and after the tune I jumped to 5.2. Here are some pics of my results.

don't mean to continue to keep off topic of this thread, but I believe the general consensus on light weight crank pulleys for the gencoupe 2.0T was don't do it because of the harmonic damper and reports of failure. at this point of no extended testing, i'm not going to be the guinea pig. now water pump or alternator on the other hand, if they don't these harmonic dampeners, might be better to look into, correct me if i'm wrong
I don't think the other pulleys being lightweight will do much. The crank is the heavy one.

Harmonics can be VERY bad. Miatas with solid aftermarket crank pulleys shatter oil pump gears. Not worth the risk to me until I see a car with 100k trouble free miles with one of these pulleys.

Actually the new gti's are quicker! But like mentioned above, nothing is more accurate than some track slips! Those cell phone apps are not accurate. Tho the G-tech pro is pretty dam close.

The new GTIs are quicker than what? The VT? Guy must have sucked at driving then. I took a 14 GTI by a full car. I'm not tuned and only mildly modded. I haven't been beaten by any
GTI, at least not yet. They keep trying.

I beat a R32 on the highway, I don't think he knew I was racing though :)

^In that case, I beat hundreds of cars daily. ;)
In that case, I took several lambos.

I suppose I can ask the officer that pulled us over. I see him in a couple of weeks. :p

Yes, I agree. It would probably be more productive to remove the seats (except for the driver's seat)

and find better times. Besides, to do this would be free.

I don't remember seeing anyone on this forum post a timeslip showing less than a 2.2s 60', which is merely average for FWD.
Me either especially on stock tires! A 2.0-2.2 is achievable with good sticky tires and the right launch but at 93mph he would need way better than that!
Oh how I wish I owned a drag strip. Cant wait to go back out to the drag strip and put down some solid numbers!
