There was some info floating around on the forte forums some time ago about using the eco mode to keep atf temps lower. The claim was that eco mode made the torque converter lockup sooner resulting in less heat. I'm not sure if that is true or not but an interesting idea. I think they may have also claimed better straight line times in eco mode too.

I am curious if it would make any difference. Maybe not. What did ATF get up to? 275*?
Are there that many people that race their VT's?
