Day ended early. Catch cans are blowing out oil like crazy

I should specify, they blew almost 2 quarts out all over the side of my car over 5 laps

whoops! the spin-on ones can be rough. thats why i have a tank-style baffled one with the cap on top.

atleast it is an easy fix?

Is it normal to go from empty can to full can and oil everywhere after 5 laps? It seems excessive.

Oh, I removed the bottom part of the catch can. AFAIK, it's functioning as intended, just way too much

i dont normally empty it after a track day, its not usually full . but mine is much bigger.

My concern is that I now have an unreasonable amount of blowby. Both the PCV can and breather can were full, and the vent on the breather side is what spewed oil all over my undercarriage, tires, and brakes. I went from a little over full on the dipstick to the L dot over the course of 5 laps. I do believe my piston rings have taken their leave
