Did you have to block behind the badge? Did you get much of the pd go through the holes?

Love it poncho! How long is the cure time and how many coats? Did you out clear coat over on top of it? And finally, where the heck did you find paper that size? Thx for the info.

It sat for about two hours max before I had to drive it out to work. I did not put a clear coat on it...thinking it might be good to do so. I put about 5 coats on it because it will be getting hit with a lot of dirt, peoples and bugs. The roll of paper was left behind by professional painters where I used to work....it came in very handy!!!

I shoved grocery store plastic bags in the holes and just pulled them out after. Looks dark in the holes anyways so I just let some PD bleed into them.

When I did the "H" and "Veloster" badges on the trunk lid I didn't use any paper, just tape and I had lots of overspray to rub off. That took too long!!!! Lol!!!

Black is found at home-depot, other colors mostly On-Line.
