I'm going to remove the stock muffler and I'm not sure what one to go with your thoughts.

Those are both "race" mufflers. When it says "strictest sound limits" they are most likely referring to track noise limits. They are going to be LOUD. In my opinion I would want something a little more conservative. But that is probably because I already have one loud four cylinder car.
Neither one mentions stainless steel.....I would never buy a muffler that wasn't stainless.

If youre looking already in the market for "loud", just do a muffler delete. Keep everything else as is.
I'm waiting for a paycheck and then I'm going for it... Hoping it will sound just right.
