I was wondering if anyone has any information on whether or not Hyundai will still warranty the powertrain if i downsize the wheels to a 17 inch or a 16 inch? Studded snow tires are pretty much a no go for such a low profile style tire. So i will need to drop down to a 205/55R16 or a 205/50R17 to get studs on there. But i was asked by a tire dealer if the dealer would still warranty the car after that.

Check http://www.fastco.ca/Catalogues/2012/HyundaiWinter2012Final.pdf All are winter tires and wheels approved and sold by Hyundai dealers in Canada so they shouldn't mess up the HPP. The Nexen Win-Spike are studdable if that's what you need.
