Euro Headlights

I'm sure people here have, without our additions to them.

Isn't kdm spec same?

The only difference is that those have an extra pin for European DRL usage, which...unless you live in Europe, those headlight are almost impossible to get. You'd need to have a hookup and have that person ship them to you.

You Aussie guys always get the good things.

I wouldn't consider the majority of the top deadliest everything on the planet that creeps, crawls, slithers, or flys, the good things. So I think that is someones way of saying, here you go, sorry. lol

Other than the lack of the orange reflector and the inclusion of the DRL pin, what's the difference?

I can't tell the difference either. 0.o

I know for my old A4, doing the Euro swap headlights was a fairly common thing...And yeah other than the orange reflector (which I'm impartial to, but that's MHO), I don't see why it would be a hassle to install. But thanks guys for the replies. :joyous:

Interestingly enough I just saw 'my car' here at the H dealer in Berlin, Germany.
I'm planning on stopping by there before I fly back home to check it out and to ask some questions.
All I've seen thus far is that they do in fact have the KDM headlights with the clear corner and are listed as 186hp.

Yeah we do get a decent package but sure as hell pay for it too, have u seen what they r worth in Aust $32K + all the other taxes they smash us with

I was kind-of wondering that myself...

If you count the low beam bulb a difference, that's 1.

Can someone confirm that these have actual DrLs like real bright ones and not just different color reflectors?

woah, this thread was brought back from the dead.

I ordered mine from Kspec.com. Free shipping. They were $599 when I ordered them a year ago, now they're $649. Still not bad.
