What exactly is needed in regards to hardware in order to flash a tune on our cars? I can't seem to find an answer from searching. Thanks!

• Windows laptop
• Tactrix 2.0 Open Port OBD Adapter
• PCM Flash Security USB Dongle
• PCM Flash Software
