Someone posted a link to pre-cut yellow film to go over the fog lights, but no matter how hard I search I cannot find the link. Can someone repost it if they happen to find it. I would like to put those over my fogs.

They have some - I just ordered some generic yellow vinyl and wrapped them myself. Taking the bumper off & removing the fog light housings helped. Also recommend putting in some yellow bulbs - I used Nokya hyper yellow H8 bulbs

Yes and best thing to do is use a heat gun or Hair dryer so you can stretch the material.

You don't have to, but it's probably going to look better if you do
