Anyone know if there are front canards for veloster Turbo or universal one that fit?

Buy some cheap wiper blades. Cut the blades off. Glue them on the bumper.

Think about how much reinforcement has to be hind there to support the downforce. Some plastic clips aim gonna hold it together

It's a common misconception that the bumper canards are used for downforce. They are actually used as turbulence generators. The goal is disrupting the airflow across the flanks of the car so that drag is not created by the wheel wells.
