Kinda sounds like you got 5x112 instead of 5x114.3... you sure the dude you bought them from wasn't just blowing smoke to get rid of them?

So I contacted an aftermarket wheels shop near me and they said the same thing and offered to get the proper bolt pattern for me if I bring the rims in. So i'm gonna do that tomorrow and then if that is the case I will most likely just buy a spacer/adapter and get them mounted that way.
either way I will update here.

Yeah it's a shame, man, a lot of people selling used stuff (or new, for that matter) will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. Can't count the number of times I've seen someone saying "oh yeah bro, that'll fit, for sure for sure" when it absolutely 100% will not fit. Hopefully you can get it sorted with the wheel shop's help!

Or should I not try to make them work and just try to resell them? I don't wanna cause any issues with vibration and what not

If it was me I'd just sell them, man. Spacer pattern adapters are asking for trouble in my book. Sell 'em to someone who actually needs 5x112 pattern, get some proper-spec wheels when you can.
