Been lurking on the forum since placed our order an eternity ago so figured i should make a post now that its arrived.

Picked the wife's new car up last week.
Land vehicle Vehicle Car Hyundai Hyundai veloster

Seems a great little car so far and hats off to the crew at Ferntree Gully Hyundai. I've bought both a new Ford and a new Holden over the last 3 years and the Hyundai guys beat them hands down on the customer service stakes.

Yeah, done a few runs up Mountain Hwy already, good fun.?

Is everyone else's speedo out by 8 kmh at 100km? It's a bit annoying that a 100 buck iPhone is more accurate than a $30000 car.

Yep I think it's pretty well standard that they are about 8% on the high side. Lots have said same thing and mine is.

Now I just allow for it and drive accordingly :) I have the NAV set to warn at 110% so I know when I am really over.

Figured as much, the VE holden she had before was a couple Km/h fast and my ute is spot on. Will have to look into a speedo healer for it as I like to know how fast I'm actually traveling.

Thanks everyone I've only been granted access to the keys a few times as the bride is still pretty protective of it. ( I did crash her Holden 3 day after she took delivery) but the few fangs so far have been good fun.
