It could be worse, it could require any nav changes to be done while stopped/in park, like Toyota/Lexus seem to be doing. I really have no issue with pushing the "OK" to get my nav screen up.

This question has been asked many times at the other site. And as of yet, no one has come up with a way to disable it. It is only one OK that you have to hit and as long as your car doesn't stay off for more than 10 minutes it keeps it in memory. So if you start up the car within the 10 minutes, you don't have to hit OK again. Same goes for a phone that is connected, if you don't keep the car off for too long, it keeps the connection alive.

I know it is unusual to stop the car and get back in all in less than 10 minutes. But I have done it many times when I go to the supermarket for a quick thing.
I wouldn't mind if they made it once a day, or after a few hours (or even one hour) of the car being off

I didn't mean the car, ba-da-dump. Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week. Visit the oyster bar ladies and gentlemen.
