Ive had a sticky tape set on all 3 of my cars and never had a problem.. Ive never even had one come loose.. Ive never seen seamless ones before, how exactly are they adhered?

They fit in the window channel by opposing force on both sides. And I dunno I had a pair of sticky one on a car a long time ago they were ripped off and smashed.. but really.....you can do that even to non sticky ones if you want to be a dick to someone.

People can be so obnoxious. Someone stole all the valve stem caps off my VT the other day

This is my suggestion, I can't explain why this works so well but on my VT any time it rains the water seriously beads right off and its basically instantly dry as soon as it stops raining.

Check out these two products:
PROFESSIONAL CAR WAX - WET DEEP GLOSS BUTTER WET WAX CAR WAX AND AUTO POLISH
Paint Sealant JetSeal 109Auto Detailing Resin Paint Sealant/Protectant JetSeal 109

I can't explain why this works so well but after I had washed my car, clayed, waxed, jetseal109 It had literally rained a couple hours right after ( i was upset ) but I was noticing the rain was literally just beading/dripping really quickly and the car at some point when I brought it inside the garage it looked like it was just car washed and just needed to be slightly dried off again. I think this is something you should at least try out, definitely need the jetseal 109. Also if you put it on your windshield it kind of acts like RAINX and makes the water as its raining on your windshield just slide back, pretty neat stuff.

I keep the matte final finish and a microfiber towel in my car for these occasions.

I also put on 2 layers of the matte sealant for good measure. :)
I ADORE the Matte...but I couldn't do it. I would be so paranoid about everything. It's bad enough as it is, but with the matte I'd be a nervous wreck. You're a stronger man than I!
