HID Flicker issue

I had the same problem but I'm using a set of DDM tuning hid and it was flickering from the right side, I fixed the problem by adding a extra ground wire to the ballast because the relay harness seems pretty cheap to me.

The flickering issue could also because of a bad ballast.

Is you flickering only on one side or both?

It's both sides. When I went out a few minutes ago, I noticed the relay was buzzing. Had an extra one laying around so I replaced it and the buzzing and flickering stopped. I also moved the ground from the battery.
