I plan on getting an OCC but I see people saying “don’t just get one” and throwing terms like VTA (I think that’s what it was) around. Do I need more than one?

If you want to go the catch can route 2 would be best.

If you want to go VTA start reading. I recently did this and works well and I know my engine is happier.

Breather and PCV discussion

On the valve cover are a breather and PCV. The breather transfers nasty vapors into the intake and charge pipe system pre turbo while the PCV leads to the intake manifold. Neither one of these are good scenarios and lead to many known issues especially for our T-GDi. Many I see put catch cans...

0 cans are needed, VTA both sides is best but not legal on tracks or as environmentally friendly, breather cans is next best option.
