Well it does say its 3M vehicle wrap and that stuff isn't cheap. Besides thats an installed price and a solid hour to two of work. Having done my share of vehicle wraps, thats not a bad installed price considering the shop rate. Plus unless you're really comfortable striping a car, it pays to have the guarantee of someone else fixing it if they screw it up lol. But yes, pretty much any local sign shop could cut those graphics for you.
Just be careful, I dont know how long you plan on keeping your car, but that stuff still is only really guaranteed for about 7yrs outdoors depending on environment of course. Make sure to inquire about any warranty on the product.
