i have an intake, no cats, straight pipe, 2.5” downpipe, bigger charge pipe, and i just got a new oem turbo and i run the car on 87 but people say 91 or 93
what mods am i missing to hit 250-260 whp? With proper mods, fuel, and tuning, 250 whp is an easy feat. With your mods on 91+ octane fuel and stage 1 Qwik Tyme Performance tune the car should make 230's-240's whp with avg intake air, coolant, and exhaust gas temperatures. Better mods and/or fuel and/or colder air it will hit the 250+ whp mark. Right now on the oem tune the car will probably make 205-210 ish whp max in good air with good fuel then the limiters will kick in at higher rpm and pull 15-20+ whp out of it.
I’m on 93, and have good air flow, but what other mods am i missing that aren’t too expensive?Mods for better air mass and/or knock suppression.
you sell kits? The cheapest and safest is a good wmi kit setup properly.
how much a kit and do you put it together or have someone too?
It goes usually in the back near the side of the trunkand where does this kit get installed? i'm sorry for such a bland question. but i have a tune and could also make 250.
edit: just did research and i understand now.
is it normal for my car to choke on boost, like full throttle it takes a little to hit boost and then the boost puts you in your seat?i can vouch my car does this
Ok, so what do i need? i’m ordering an intake and a tune what else?yes, we need better air/fuel cooling and parts to limit the problems we have.
going full throttle, you either brake boost or let the boost build up while youre driving and switching gears, full throttle the car will choke and hates tons of boost especially at low rpm's or instantly..
