Since you're from California, AutoAnything will hit you with state tax. I didn't realize it until after I had received my intake that the invoice showed tax. Stupid thing about it was that when purchasing on their website, it didn't show anything regarding tax. I ended up paying almost $200 shipped.

If you're out of state it's a good deal. If you're in CA, it may not be so great.

Forgot to include, that I purchased the short ram instead of the cold air.

Here is some info about the difference between IS and SP: Injen - Performance Air Intake Systems, Exhaust Systems, Turbo Components, and Air Filters for Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, ATV's, Boats and more!

"IS Intake Systems
The IS Series is a traditional, underhood intake system that is placed in the stock location of the factory air-box system. Each system is built from 6061, T-6 aluminum alloy to ensure the lightest design possible. Every IS system is certified by the California Air Resource Board or submitted with pending approval and backed by Injen Technology's limited lifetime warranty."

"SP Series Intake Systems
This unique design was specifically engineered with MR Technology (MegaRam), to provide maximum horsepower gains and take into consideration the air to fuel ratio's set by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. MR Technology is a sophisticated tuning process developed by Injen Technology; altering Cold Air Intake systems to be carefully tuned within Factory Safe limits. Through a series of engineered and tested air-restricted sections, the pressurized mass air is controlled to a calculated aggression, allowing for a proper air/fuel calibration. The end results allows for more reliable and consistent horsepower/torque gains. MR Technology is the World's First Tuned Intake System! Every SP system is certified by the California Air Resource Board or submitted with pending approval and backed by Injen Technology's limited lifetime warranty. (Vehicles without Mass air sensors will have special tube designs but may not include MR Technology)"

love that long winded explanation that serves NO purpose on the majority of MAP based vehicles, including our car :p

IS = at factory location = SRI

SP = CAI extension added = CAI

wonder if I come up with some witchcraft technology and dub it TS windtunnel extrusion technology if people will take me more seriously :p

I am sure they do their due diligence when they come out with a new intake system but I am doubtful that they put as much as it sounds, specially when they are dealing with a turbo car on MAP. On older MAF based cars that weren't tuned as conservatively and/or didn't have 'smart' ECU's it would be a lot more critical to design an intake to keep safe AFRs

Short and simple.

On a side note, I installed my Injen SRI today and removed it in a matter of hours. Like some have posted, the sound is just not the same as a NA car. The sound is quite obnoxious axctually and when I am going down a residential neighborhood I really have to baby the throttle. If not, it starts screaming at 1500RPM.

Don't get me wrong guys, the sound is mean and killer but not my cup of tea.

It is going up for sale as of now
