does anyone know what the interior light kit consists of? i dont see anything about it.

I bought it and apparently the bulbs are different on the VT from the V because on the VT the dome, vanity and trunk lights are all the same. They sent me the correct license plate lights and one set of correct bulbs for map/vanity/trunk, although much dimmer than stock. They other 4 they sent were same connector as the license plate lights but wired to a pc board with 6 leds attached that have no use on my car.
