Hey guys, I'm looking to purchase Valentine v1 with an invisicord to tuck the wires a bit.

Here is an email I received from the invisicord guy, who states that he can make customer wires for our car.

Can anyone help me with his request?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest, and tell your friend thank you as well!

The Invisicord comes in 2 flavors, a larger set of connectors that fit
most vehicle harnesses (standard) and a smaller set of connectors that fit
more finicky smaller harnesses (micro).

I don't have any info on the Veloster from customers, but that doesn't
mean the Invisicord won't fit it. If you have a voltmeter, I have
instructions at the bottom of my installation page that can help you
determine power and ground in any harness you have access to.
(Invisicord - Installation)

If you can find any harness (mirror or overhead console, or even one down
by your footwell), I can make any custom length Invisicord to quickly plug
into that harness, and then power your detector.

Thank you again!

I purchased a valentine 1 years ago and needed an upgrade due to constant false alarms. I guess in the last couple years a lot of interstates added speed sensors for traffic reporting. Well valentine 1 charges over $200 just for the update, when it cost $400 initially. Pissed me off that they'd charge that much for an update. They lost my brand loyalty.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm glad there are other alternatives for wiring for everything other than the valentine.

I support invisicord products and would like to purchase one, and besides that, these guys can make custom fittings for other things than just the valentine. So I was wondering if we can get them dimensions, sizes, and which wires do what if you guys can. I am not able to do this.

so can anyone on here tell which of the 4 wires are the keyed power, ground, etc? I have the invisicord and have tried every combination, I thought and it didn't work...
No but a test light can.
