Front windshield is scratched from front left wiper approx 10",
Rear glass is scratched from rear wiper,
Nicks on side glass.
Never had this on any other cars. I was one of the first to receive mine in North America. This is the first time I noticed it, and I keep it insanely clean. Anyone else same issue? Hard to see, I was trying to get all glass spotless and then saw it.

i had that issue on my old cb7, but thats because i drove through a barbed wire fence.

I had my windshield replaced 1 week after i bought the car as it had a lamination issue. It made my passenger sick.. It was kinda like looking through the bottom of a bottle.. Never seen that before this.. Take it back to the dealer and they will replace them.

No scratches at 39k miles! but mega pit marks from highway driving. Dreading the day when I have to replace it... $$$. I've gone thru several sets of wipers on the front and on the 2nd set in back. Currently have factory sets on but that is $$(65 for front set). Had them put them on during my vt state inspection just out of convenience.

ive paid for two new windshields due to cracks from rocks... $500 for american glass and $650 for Hyundai glass.. So three new windshields from day one.. I bought the car last August

Just so you know, the factory blades have rubber inserts for replacement. It would cost no more than $20 for new rubber and no need to replace the whole wiper

Just a heads up for those who use Rain-X

Current testing has shown that RainX softens glass and increases the risk of cracking/chipping/scratching. I've used RainX for years and since giving it up last year I've not had a single incident. I used to replace a windshield a year at least when using RainX. It was never designed to be used on glas just lexan/polycarbonate/etc.
