SO,
I almost feel bad posting this in the suspension forum, as i think it has little to no improvement, but then again i'm not sure.

Has anyone purchased or seen(in person) the Luxon indoor center bar?
I feel its an absurd amount of money for something might have little to no effect but i may be wrong....
It would almost get in the way of the already cramped back seat.

any thoughts?

for 232, it is worthless. pierce makes a similar bar but for the trunk and probably has the same effects. It makes me so angry how a company can just slap together bars to fit on a car and slap a hUGE price tag. They make 500% profit and you get 0% improvement.

I say do not buy.

Look at the mounting points: 1 bolt to 1 front seat track on each end with the rest of the mount bracket pushing against plastic. I would call BS on this product.

Update: i re-read the description of the product and it does not, apparently, promise to do anything. Lots of implications but no direct statements.

Miller? ugh, yard darts? good idea, but not good enough.. next.. Brown? Is it lunch time yet? No, but good idea.. I can write this meeting off and have lunch as a business expense.. Jones any ideas? hmm lets make a few brackets and throw some bolts in there and say it helps.. and we will charge a ton of money for it.. Awesome... Jones you are a thinker! Believe it or not when i work a a sup for UPS that's precisely what they do, but w employees. They have a good season, they make a lot of $$$, they gain more customers, evrtyn good right? Wrong! mngrs force sups to start letting go of personnel in order to maximize profit. I remember we made about 13 m in just my hub in just a couple of months, but corporate was mad cause we didn't do it consistently, wtf 13m and still complaining?? Im so glad i don't work for a corporation anymore. Greed has destroyed our country

You are right sir, but if have a company and ur gonna sell a product make sure its a good one, somethn u are proud of it. Not an overpriced piece of fused hangers attached to the bottom seatbelt/carpet on a car. They must think people are stupid by making a product like dat...i dnt know.

That is your opinion which you are entitled to. Are they advertising that this product does anything other than looks? I've seen fake fire extinguishers, fake hood scoops, etc. People buy them and as long as they do, companies will make them. They may feel they are making a good product. Ultimately customer feedback and sales will let the company know if they need to improve it or stop producing it. Write them a letter.

I think our goal is persuade anyone considering it to not waste their money. Ive seen these style bars before in the focus world and it was a useless piece. Im not bitching and moaning i just dont want to see anyone waste thier hard earned money.
