I saw a few threads but none conclusive.

so what’s the recommendation for manual transmission fluid? Regular or Synthetic? Don’t need magic fluid 😀. Would rather change more often.

i am running redline mt-85. i change it around 60k...

Amsoil is good. I'd change it every 50-60k miles.
