How do I find out my map version? Is there a way to get a notification when a map update is released?

Don't know how to get the map version. HYUNDAI MNSOFT - HYUNDAI & KIA is a place to look up recent map updates. I saw that the most recent one for the US was released 10/2012 but, according to their site, I am not eligible to get the update. I picked up mine in August '12 and really doubt that it has the most recent update. I asked at the dealership 2 weeks ago and they told me they get them every 2 years. The site has update instructions for many Hyundai models up to 2012 model year but nothing for Veloster at all.

I tried to email mapnsoft asking about getting the update, they never replied.

Thanks, checked out the link. It says it's updated once a year: "HYUNDAI MNSOFT annually issues map update for most factory-installed Hyundai navigation systems."

Thanks, checked out the link. It says it's updated once a year: "HYUNDAI MNSOFT annually issues map update for most factory-installed Hyundai navigation systems."

And the qualifier there, "most". I chalk it up to another "wtf" moment with Hyundai America.
