3rd and 4th cylinder misfiring, spark plugs seem fine, should I take it to a shop or is there an easy solution?

Most of the time easy solution. Typically wrong plugs, bad or wrong coils, and low octane fuel.
Running 93. Switched plugs and coils to other cylinders and still getting 3 and 4 misfiring
how old are your plugs and what is the make / part number of them.
If over 50k miles on the coils or if not oem then buy 4 new oem coils.

If over 50k miles on the plugs or not running oem NGK plugs for a 16+ VT with .028" gaps on the oem tune then buy 4 new plugs mentioned.

Be sure electrical connections and power supplies are all good.

Clear codes and see what happens.

2014 VT 40k miles, just got the car 5k miles ago, think they are oem plugs. But I rotated them around and I’m still just getting 3rd and 4th cylinder misfires
Be worth what I suggested considering the mileage, parts on the car, age, and the misfires.

And only use what I told you and nothing else. If you're having to pay more than $280 for the plugs and coils shipped reach out to me.
