Most of the time easy solution. Typically wrong plugs, bad or wrong coils, and low octane fuel.

If over 50k miles on the plugs or not running oem NGK plugs for a 16+ VT with .028" gaps on the oem tune then buy 4 new plugs mentioned. Be sure electrical connections and power supplies are all good. Clear codes and see what happens.

And only use what I told you and nothing else. If you're having to pay more than $280 for the plugs and coils shipped reach out to me.
